The second season of "Mingyu No. 1" large-scale breeding demonstration successfully harvested fish


On October 7, the world's first integrated intelligent equipment for ducted wind turbines and cages, "Mingyu No. 1", successfully harvested fish in the second season of large-scale farming, achieving a major leap from exploratory testing to large-scale development, verifying the sustainability of the wind-fishery integration model and the feasibility of large-scale production, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale development of wind-fishery integration, and accumulating rich practical experience.

                                                


In the second season of breeding, the Mingyu No. 1 fish harvested more than 80,000 kilograms of adult fish, including golden pomfret, gilthead bream, black bream, purple snapper and other fish. For the first time, it realized the exploration and practice of the deep sea wind fishing integration large-scale breeding + fish species mixed breeding model. After the live water boat is loaded to the fishing port terminal, the catch is immediately transported to the workshop by cold chain trucks for sorting, processing, packaging and other operations, and then transferred to the warehouse to enter the pre-sale stage.



During the more than 100-day breeding period, breeding engineers closely monitored the growth status and behavioral activities of mixed fish through the cloud-based intelligent breeding platform, and found that each fish group moved in layers and did not interfere with each other, which verified the layered breeding model envisioned by breeding engineers and accumulated valuable experience and data for mixed fish breeding.

"Mingyu No. 1" is nearly 70 kilometers offshore and about 45 meters deep. The sea area has fast flow, high dissolved oxygen, and pure water quality, providing a unique growth environment for fish growth. At the same time, it also attracted many wild fish to live and accompany, and the entire cage formed a wild-like multi-ecosystem. Scientific breeding in a natural environment, the adult fish is strong and slender, the appearance is no different from the wild, the meat is firm and tender, and the protein and amino acid content are much higher than that of nearshore breeding.



In addition, after years of exploration and practice of wind-fish integration, Mingyang Group has mastered valuable test data, found out the internal mechanism of wind-fish integration, broken through and mastered the integration technology, developed and designed a variety of innovative wind-fish integration products, and can output the overall solution of "offshore wind power + marine ranch" for major owners. From the perspective of economic benefits, technical strength, product development, solution output and other dimensions, Mingyang has successfully verified the feasibility of the wind-fish integration model and become a pioneer in the development of wind-fish integration.
